How we started our brand?

As the thought says, To become we, it should start with You first. Keeping this thought in mind, we started researching the market on what makes you happy and we found that taking some responsibilities from your shoulders would make you relaxed & feel happy. Hence, post our analysis, we found that providing world class services would be the best thing to go ahead with. As we have experienced and observed, to get services for our sweet home or Society becomes a very time consuming and stressful job. Even if we have the services, there is no guarantee that it would be the best choice for us. With these things in mind, we formed Residenso Solutions.

Why we started?

We have been into the business since 2010 started with Real Estate, however, we thought to make it a brand by adding some values to the lives of people who are struggling to get good services. As a valuable and integral part as a Society Chairman or Secretary or Committee member, we noticed that these people need to struggle a lot. Managing work-life balance and again to devote time for society related stuff would become an exhausting job. At some point of time, you feel that you are going away from the family and struggling to spend quality time with them.

What we do?

RESIDENSO had been formed to release stress from Chairman/Secretary and Committee members by owning the society responsibilities on an affordable Cost. We at RESIDENSO bringing lot of changes in life of people by owning the work in society which is hectic to do. We have all our Vendors tied for each and every work in Society. Major work like Electrical, Plumbing, Asset AMC, Securities/Facilities would be handled professionally and carefully with least intervention of society. Society intervention will be there when there is Cost involvement in work. All the approvals and rights will be reserved by society. All our tied vendors are legally connected with us and also have their professional workforce.

Our Offerings:

We provide all services related to Society Management & Maintenance, Home Maintenance, Asset AMC’s (Genset, Solar, Lifts/Elevators), Services like Fabrication, Civil work, water proofing, Carpentry, Painting, Packers & Movers, Financial Services, Procurement Support for products, Security & Facilities, Real Estate (Land/Flats/Commercial Spaces) etc. We do support on Finance & Accounting as well as any legal support required with our legal experts. We can also support Rain water harvesting and go green initiative programs. We believe in society bonding and hence support for managing cultural activities as well.
In addition, we provide professional sole selling services. By collaborating with builders and developers, we do promote and sell their real estate projects faster with the smooth turnaround of properties, be it plots, flats or commercial offices and shops.
